The Cuba app is the mobile version of Kuba IK, a web-based HSE and quality system. Kuba IK is adapted to companies in almost all industries. The Cuba app's seamless connection to Kuba IK makes it easy to, among other things, register and manage deviations, carry out risk analysis, manage activities and digitally fill in your own custom checklists. You can use your phone to take pictures that are automatically added to deviations or checkpoints. When using the app, the right person will be notified directly by text message and / or e-mail, which makes follow-up for all parts of the organization easier and more secure. Everything that is done using the Cuba app will be stored in Kuba IK. All the company's documents are also stored here and the system also provides an overview of requirements in laws and regulations for the company's work within health, environment and safety.
