When the New on Viber ad is visible on the chat list, scrolling becomes extremely slow and choppy. Once it is off-screen, the action is smooth again. I wonder if this is a bug introduced in the recent version as I don't recall having issues with that aspect of the app. Hopefully not a deliberate slo...
