This app measures flickering of light that are flickering/blinking so quickly so that we cannot usually see it with our eyes. But it can still have a negative affect on us - eye strain, headaches, migraines and even epilepsy seizures are reported as consequences of flickering lights. With this app you can measure if your LED lamps, LED bulbs, fluorescent tube lights and screens are flickering and how much. How to Use the App? Place the phone in a position so that the camera is facing a surface, such as a white paper, an evenly colored wall or a floor, that is lighten by the light source you want to measure the flickering from. It is very important to let the phone stand still during the measurements as movement can cause the meter to measure a too high flickering value....
