The mission of the Saint-Laurent Volunteer and Community Action Center incorporation. is to promote voluntary action in the different sectors of human activity and to generate a response to the needs of the community. One of the guiding principles of the Center is the place occupied by the volunteer within the Center. Not only are volunteers the primary resource of the Center, they are its reason for being.
