SAMPADA 2.0 is a comprehensive user-friendly application for E-registration of documents and Issuance of E-stamps by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS), Commercial Tax Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh State, India, for better governance, evidence-based processing and to create multiple opportunities for simplification of Registration Processes. The Objective of the Sampada 2.0 mobile application is to provide a user friendly and transparent application with reformed Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) in with compliance with the Madhya Pradesh State Government policies. For seamless flow of Registration and E-Stamp processes. Sampada 2.0 application interacts with certain external interfaces to meet the IGRS guidelines and rules. They are, 1.
