5Submits Gift Card details (16 Digit number and PIN) and clicks redeem button
6System validates card details in backend and displays card balance
7On successful validation, the redeem button gets activated
8Customer selects redeem button and redemption process of the card gets initiated
9On successful redemption total value of the invoice gets adjusted with redeemed value, maximum of three gift cards can be redeemed in one single invoice
10System displays balance amount (if any) to pay
11Customer selects another mode of payment (UPI, CC, DC etc.) and initiates payment
12On successful payment transaction gets closed and order gets placed
