2Activate your ITC Hotels e-Gift Card before redeeming it.
3The E-Gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels & WelcomHeritage Hotels.
4At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16 digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
5A valid card in its original form must be presented at the time of availing a service.
6The experiences & services include:
7Stays (including Food and Beverage charges, internet and telephone services) when booked through direct channels (ITC Hotels website)
8Standalone Food and Beverage charges including alcoholic beverages
9Food & Beverage, Home Delivery & Takeaway Orders
10Spends at Fabelle boutiques at ITC Hotels
11Spa (only as a resident guest unless specified otherwise in T&C) & Salon charges
12Spends at select participating hotel /Delis
13Applicable taxes
14The gift card must be presented at the time of availing a service, an OTP will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number.
