4Cashier enters the 16-digit card number and clicks the‘ Check Balance’ button, which will trigger an OTP to the customer’s registered mobile number
5Cashier fills in the amount, bill number, invoice details, and clicks on ‘Redeem’ button
6When Card PIN is prompted, the cashier requests OTP from the customer and enters it in place of card PIN.
7Redemption is successful and a notification message is sent to the customer’s mobile.
8Note that since it is a multi-redeemable gift card, OTP is used to avoid misuse.
